Maca
(Lepidium meyenni)
Maca is an ancient root originating in the Peruvian Andes, known as the food of the Incas. It is used as a natural energizer that helps increase concentration and focus; it also improves memory and learning. This root is a great source of vegetable protein (about 10%) and fiber, vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C and E) and glucosinolates.
